5th Annual Townie Team Dry Tri: Are You Ready? 🚴🏃🚣
It’s that time again… the 5th Annual Townie Team Dry Tri is back!
Every year this event brings out exactly what we love most about CrossFit Townie, fitness, teamwork, friendly competition, and a whole lot of fun. Whether you are chasing the leaderboard or just showing up to challenge yourself alongside your friends, this event is for YOU.
What is a Dry Tri?
Think triathlon… without the swimming. 😉
Teams of three will work together to complete three different endurance challenges:
🚣 Row
🚴 Bike
🏃 Run
The best part? Strategy matters!
Teams can partition the work however they choose, and all three movements may be completed at the same time — with only one athlete per movement at a time.
Your team decides who goes where, when to switch, and how to get the work done.

⏰ Heat Times: 7:30am + 8:30am
👥 Teams of 3
⏱️ 50-minute time cap
Choose Your Challenge
This year we have three divisions so every team can find the right challenge:
🔥 Super Sprint
🚣 3K Row
🚴 17K Bike
🏃 4.8K Run
Suggested team run pace: 11:00+/mile
🔥 Sprint
🚣 4K Row
🚴 20K Bike
🏃 6K Run
Suggested team run pace: 9:00–11:00/mile
🔥 Olympic
🚣 7.2K Row
🚴 24K Bike
🏃 8K Run
Suggested team run pace: Under 9:00/mile
Remember: choose your division based on your team's overall fitness, not just your fastest athlete. The goal is to have fun, work together, and challenge yourself!
It’s More Than a Workout
Yes, there will be competition. Yes, there will be some sweat. But more than anything, the Dry Tri is about community.
Grab your gym besties, create a ridiculous team name, show up in your best team outfits, and make some memories.
